The free phone app "Repeater Book" downloads ORSI info once a year and if you have your GPS turned on it will give you a listing of repeaters in your area starting with the closest ones with their frequencies, offsets, and PL tones. Nifty if you are traveling also.
Little update. I finally managed to get my radio programmed. I hit several repeaters and made a few contacts. One was 20 miles away, so I feel like that's pretty good for a handheld 5w.
