I like the Smart Carry rig. They aren't the cheapest, but mine has held up well. Meant to be worn at 12, but I move it to 1:30. Spare mag, DL/CCW card and a 20. Under bball shorts and you can't see anything. Washable too.
Cons: reholstering is a pain and if you are sitting in your truck with a seat belt on, draw is awkward and slow.

There are options. I distant run and I cannot imagine running with a gun. I do carry an auto knife, and only once wish I had something better but I had started a run around lake Hefner about 330am I’m a Saturday night/Sunday morning and I had a car drive by and double back. Now I don’t put myself in the position. I run very rural miles from anywhere. My only concern are the drunks coming home those hours and I can see there lights, I know there are bad people who like to hurt people for fun. And of course genuine 4 legged animals. I carry a microtech, or similar quality auto of decent size on my running vest. Running i find my peaceful place and shed the world stuff for a while. With a gun it changed the dynamic and i have to think differently simply because I am armed. That being said, not everyone can change wear they run. A friend is a female and has to run In bad parts of atlanta, and another near detriot, and lots of rural trial runners, all of carry anything it is a knife and sd spray. Ymmv if you are around OKC or metro, i can direct you to some relatively or pretty safe as posible areas to run in and be able to enjoy yourself, lake Hefner, bluff creek asphalt and dirt. If not, holler and I know a few state wide
I am not in good shape right now. I am more of a walker than a jogger.
A couple of years ago I walked a lot and it really brought down my blood pressure. That's my goal now.
I live right by Draper Lake, they have built a 13 mile paved trail around it.
It's pretty isolated during the week. The area is better than it use to be but you can still run into the occasional trouble makers or feral dog. In the past anytime I would carry I just put a 642 in my pocket. My goal is
to carry more often and not just occasionally.

In the past I wore a belly band type strap to hold my license, some cash, and a knife. thanks to some injuries I cant really run anymore, but If I were to try, I would likely try one of these shirts if I were to try running and carrying.
