Justice Amy Coney Barrett took no part in the case because she was not on the bench when it was argued.

Yep, every one of 'em...

NOT a lawyer... but as mentioned, this simply affirms the woman's right to sue, and does NOT necessarily condone her actions of the incident.

I just hope the jury realizes this if/when she does file suit. From the reactions here though, I wouldn't bet on it.

If the recap of the shooting incident are accurate, her civil suit against the police should be about 30 seconds long. I envision a judge yelling at the lady and her attorney and throwing them out. But, clearly you never know these days.
