I actually diced it finely and added it to a mega meat loaf made of venison tonight. Went outside of the box and added cauliflower as well.
You can put just about anything in a meat loaf and it will taste good.

2/3 of mine in the ground yesterday. Not much for a city yard. Tomato (3 types), jalapeños, banana pepper, portabelo peppers, cucumber, and squash.
Lettuce, cantelope and watermelon on the way.

I'm still waiting for warm nights to get my warm season crops planted . I have some in my greenhouses.
