Gonna make a suggestion here...

Before you get it installed, if you have an alarm company, see if they can run an alarm wire to the safe for the safe door.
Usually, there is a hole or two in the floor of the safe, did this prior to finalizing the position of my safe and running the 5 inch lag screws through the foundation!!!

Also, run and extension cord through the hole so that if needed you can have power inside the safe.

It is a LOT easier to do this BEFORE bolting the safe down or loading it up!!

I have a new appliance dolly if you need it. Just moved my safe with it at around 450'ish pounds. Two straps on it made it a piece of cake. If you want to borrow it your welcome to it, 310 should be a piece of cake.

I appreciate it but Matt’s dolly is a big’un too.

Thanks @OKRuss; I'll update you later. I dont honestly know if @Matt Giroux and iI will need a third guy or not. I'm pretty useless as far as picking anything heavy as I am still recouping from surgery...

Better safe than sorry! Sorry for the bad pun but couldn't resist. Sounds like you need a second person so just let me know. Sent you my number via text Joel. Another reason for me to run by Atwoods and see if any 9mm left!

Better safe than sorry is right! I think I'll take you up on your offer after all. I'll text you my address.

Just traded my appliance dolly to a member here that was moving for ar parts. My safe weighs 3x that 310 lbs will be a breeze.
