Doesn't OK have a law about insurance in this respect? Something to the effect insurance companies cannot require this or raise rates if firearms are not prohibited on the property or something? Seems like I remember something like that...

I'd like to see the insurance carrier's statistics showing their decreased payouts to 'gun-free' businesses. Or increased payouts, for non-restricted businesses. I'd be willing wager the difference doesn't exist.

Easy solution to this. Carry concealed and everytime you walk by or see an Anti Gun Sign, hold up your hand and use your hand to 'flip the sign the Bird'. If any person objects, do the same to the poor offended person.

STAND UP and Fight Back.

We're very lucky in Oklahoma you have that luxury - ignoring the sign.

Do it in Texas, and you can end up a felon PDQ.

Only if they post the official sign.

This reminds me of something else. One of the Walmart neighborhood markets near me says something along the lines of "Please refrain from OPENLY carrying firearms in the store" and does not have any other signage regarding guns.

I'm sure it has been there for years and I've only recently noticed it.

Walmart changed their policy a couple of years ago to no open carry, but they are still silent on concealed carry. About the time they stopped carrying handgun ammo.
