Anyone have any interest in a dedicated rimfire range?

Im all in brother. Hopefully a .22 pistol range as well.
Any .22 long or short would be allowed, and there would be various kinds of interactive targets at different ranges. What features would you specifically want in a pistol range? I'm definitely here looking for information, because I know there are a lot of disciplines and styles I'm not familiar with. The range is limited to 100 yards or so and not much I can do about that wouldn't be a massive expenditure in earth moving, but within that 100 yard envelope I could do just about anything in terms of targets, rests, etc.

It's been 25 years since I was a member at Red Castle but they had a pretty cool silhouette range back in the day. You can shoot paper with .22 everywhere in OKC but nobody I know lets you shoot steel including Canadian Ranges outdoor range.
