probably the last 5 years I haven't seen that stuff like it was 15-20 years ago. it's becoming a more family friendly place, especially the strip....another reason I stay down on Fremont street
Yes. The first time I went around 2002 it was all over the place. As of a couple years ago I can’t remember seeing them. I’m sure they are there just not enough to actually remember.

another thing worth doing is the “High Roller” Ferris Wheel. It’s 550’ tall. Some of the capsules include a full service bar and get fairly full. We ride the non alcohol one and last time we’re in it by ourselves. Really nice

Some friends my wife teaches with have gone a few times. She keeps dropping hints that she wants to go. I guess I'll have to take her, but I'm not a fan of going during the summer either.

Vegas can be a lot of fun, as long as you go with the right mentality. Only bring enough gambling money as you want to lose. Never, and I mean NEVER play megamillions, that game is cursed. Wife and I lived there for 3 years for me, 5 for her. Thankfully we have a timeshare with BlueGreen, so we can stay in their resort right off Tropicana just north of McCarren. Was supposed to go back this last spring for the wedding of a friend's daughter that we have known literally since she was born, but finances and job said otherwise.

And yes, the Hoover tour is well worth it, even with the water low as it is. When you get to the generator room you can feel and hear the water rushing through the turbines.
