Looks like some are ready to do another ENS event, so I'll start discussion on getting one planned. I'll admit I'm a long distance from OKC compared to most members, but would not mind driving over to the area for a fun morning of shooting and BS'ing! That being said, I would like to hear discussion on 1) locations, and 2) dates? I've only been to one ENS event, and that was held at Tin Star Shooting range in W'ford.

Having only shot at one of the indoor ranges around OKC I don't have much knowledge of rules/regs at all the indoor ranges, but believe that'd be best for the hot weather currently happening. Seems Big Boys is fairly popular, so thats one option I guess. Also, we could add a date voting option I guess, if we come up with a few different choices. Let me know what you think, and I'll help as much as possible. Thanks, Clint

I can say that the norm for the OKC ENS is go shoot at Big Boys then head over to Del Rancho in Mustang for lunch. Not saying this can't change by any means, but both locations have been more than accommodating in the past if you give them a heads up on the head count.

Both are fine by me. Really any place in the OKC area so that the wife and I can both go. Just no place with health food for lunch please. :rotflmao:

I am thinking of hosting one,....For you folks who cannot get out ,...you'll be able to bring the family, camp out in the up in the mountains and woods, ATV, dirt bikes trials, Natural Dam, kayaking and canoeing AR. river or Lee Creek ....of course shooting stay one day or overnight ....be in Aug could hook this up with the gun show in FT Smith or labor day weekend ...Lot to see in Fort Smith .

35 miles Fort Smith ....25 miles From Sallisaw....230 miles from OKC

Worth the drive guys.....trust me ....That is why I say stay overnight tent, sleeping bag camping or small wheeled camper...RV

....Best to bring a grill....We can pot luck....or one you millionaires can bring the steaks :) ...or cook your own as others drool.

I don't know what a ENS is. I'm In southeast Okla. 50 miles from poteau or Mc Alester.
As Catt57 said, Eat N Shoot, basically just where some members get together at some location and shoot for a few hours, shoot the bull and maybe check out each other's guns, then go somewhere afterwards and eat a meal together. I'm 2 hours west of OKC, so haven't made but one in the past myself, a lot of fun though
