I am over a month and the ATF hasn't cashed my check yet.

I paid online so they took the money out of my account within 3 days.

I think you filed a Form 1 that allows e-file. I did a Form 4 that doesn't allow e-file.

All you have to send is a copy of the submitted form the atf emails you when you file. It has submitted across it in big letters.

3/25/2021-mailed prints
3/30/2021-prints delivered
wait 3 months patiently (ish)
6/26/2021-contacted Tom Cole's office after several calls to NFA branch and no info learned.
7/29/2021-submitted a privacy release to Cong. Cole's office to contact FBI.
7/30/2021-Lisa from TC's office calls me and informs me that FBI has completed my BG check and my stamp should be pending soon.
8/2/2021-Stamp approved.

Total wait-131 days, give or take.

Finally did the Form 1 for SBR on Monday (8/2) and it went in to "research" because of the markings. Got moved from "research" to "Submitted" yesterday (8/4) so I mailed off my stuff today (8/5).

My gosh. I submitted my Eform 1 on 6-20-21 and it became submitted/in process on 6-22-21. Haven’t heard a peep since. Did you get the paperwork emailed to you that you are supposed to send in with the prints?

It was emailed and you can also get it from the ATF website if it's been put into the correct step.
