Just pulled some Pork Belly Burnt Ends off the Pitboss. Made a glase of brown sugar, butter and some Texas Pepper Jelly and threw them back on to caramelize.

One week into the fermentation process. I dunno, those carrots are looking a bit sketchy. I'll have Mrs Monkey give everything a sniff tonight.
Hmmm... can you actually ferment any vegetable?

Sauerkraut is all I remember hearing about, and it's shredded so the salt can make contact throughout. :anyone:
