How much is a mobile home worth that needs work?

Yeah you almost have to find someone that has a mobile home moving service or knows someone that does who will give them a big discount to sell it to.

I'm guessing you might get a few grand out of it but it has to be the right person.

Last time I looked, to get a moving permit and the title changed over, all taxes/tags have to be paid up.

Yes tags and all paperwork is up to date. I think you’re right. A few grand with the right person or just let a mobile moving company take it.

I'd be happy as a pig in a sty to have something like that on my land. I live in a 1970s era one bedroom trailer right now.

A lot of people are looking fro a home right now but don't have the land to park a mobile home on. Shame...

Sherlock Mobile Homes has a Mcloud and Henryetta location. Call em, they buy em fix em and sell em as fast as they can get em. Also Duke's remanufactured homes on I:240 and Sooner rd does the same thing.

I have a small double wide. 28x40 It will need quite a bit of work but I think many would find its worth repairing. It’s been vacant for years. The outside is in good shape. Needs a new roof and complete new interior. Basic plumbing and wiring is all good. Here’s a pic. Opinions?

a friend of mine, her sister had a new roof put on their trailer by community builders, the guy who says he'll save you "a lotta money" and I was told it was $14,000.

If you know a mobile home park near you that rent's their trailers, I'd call them.

Wonder how much of that is labor? I would never pay that. This place is just a rectangle 28x40. Could roof it a long day.
