I like options, and opinions. And I've bought enough mechanical things that had good reviews only to find out later there was some annoying ass issue that the reviewers didn't seem to come across.

That said, honestly none of the sigs seem to offer me personally anything a generic Glock can't for less money.
I don't want a sub-compact either, I'm grudgingly considering something not full size just for ease(ier) carry.
An M&P is the logical choice, but not overly interesting.

Out of all your choices I'd get the M&P. But I'm a S&W guy

Hands Down, Sig P365

that's what i carry. but really, OP, you should take some of the most popular concealed firearms from Glock, SW, Sig Sauers, Ruger and go down to the local range and rent 'em and see which one is more your fancy. As long as you get it from a major brand, the reliability is fairly comparable and it mostly comes down to preference as far as i know.

Personally, Sig Sauer p365 is a great little pistol for me.

Honestly, if they hadn't come out with the aftermarket 15 round mags for the G48/G43X, I would most likely be using a 4" Shield Plus for my EDC gun.

Anything smaller than the Glock Slimlines or the Shields just don't have enough room for my big paws.
