Anyone have any interest in a dedicated rimfire range?

I can vouch its a LOT of work with a compact tractor.
Luckily the natural topography along with the pond bank makes an almost ready to go range. It's basically ready to set targets once we get the rest of the water drained. Just need to cut a little channel and put a tinhorn in it. There's a big creek on the other side of the bank that the water can drain to. The neighbor has a big excavator so I think he'll be able to make light work of it.
