The thread about steaks got me to thinking about when we were house hunting in 2019 and one of the houses had a cute little restaurant/shopping mall kind of thing tucked in a corner lot just outside of the neighborhood. Kinda hidden by tall walls. It was away from the houses, but on a nearby corner surrounded by houses. It was semi-classy too, not a Texas Roadhouse place, and had a big brick or terra cota wall around it (as I remember it). It seems like there was one big steakhouse or "Charlestons" style restaurant (not charlestons) in the center, and some small shopping places on both sides. The whole lot of the place, shopping places included, was surrounded by those big brick/terra cota walls so they didn't look ugly or out of place to the housing area. The whole feeling was that it was "tucked" away and you had to go through the wall to see what was inside.
Anyway, that's how i remember it. They had great steaks, and it's hard to find a great steak anymore. Does that sound like any place some of you Tulsa guys know about? I'd like to visit again with the wife if I can figure out just where/what it was.

I just wish the old Jones Cafe was still open and serving their Sunday Buffet. Nothing fancy but good home style food.

Not a whole lot of steak houses in the Bixby/Jenks area. Maybe The Ridge? Blue Stone? Was it on the river in jenks?

I knew I could count on you guys, and I'm pretty sure the first reply got it. It was "The Ridge", and I guess I was wrong about the walls. In my foggy memory the circled spires were surrounding the whole area along the street and you had to drive between them into the parking lot to get to the place.
At any rate, they make a good steak. Thanks guys!
