Learned to use a floor jack to hold up the disposers while monkeying with 'em. One of my better ideas I do believe!!

I've replaced 3 center sets in the last year. (All different sinks) Every one of them was a royal Pita. Once you get the old one out it is almost always worth the cost of buying a new one to replace it just so you don't have to deal with the corroded nuts and threads a 2nd time....

Mine came with one of those and it was quite helpful putting the new one in.
