You can’t eat horns! Yes it’s nice to shoot something with a big rack but,,,I think the hunting shows have eschewed out thought process a little these days. I remember when I was a lot younger going hunting and anything 6pt and up was a trophy and anything you shot with a bow was a trophy and you’d done something! Different mind set these days.

Congratulations! Nice buck. I've never hunted deer before, and I've been going every chance I get mornings and evenings. No luck yet. It was freezing Thanksgiving morning! I was out till noon.
