I know there are decocker models and safety models in CZ land, usually the diff between SA and SA/DA is a SA is single action only like a 1911, SA/DA if the hammer is down you can pull the trigger and it will cock the hammer and fire. Don't know if any of the CZ's are that way but wouldn't be surprised.
They have a number of differences and revisions in the last 40 years.

Only problem I have with mine is nobody has 15rnd magazines, anywhere.

CZ makes SA only and SA/DA, and I think they make a few DA only but not certain. If the question is how does the trigger action compare across the models, the only ones I've ever shot were SA/DA so I can't say. But I've seen lots of posts where people talk about how good the trigger is on a CZ right out of the box, and I've never heard anyone complain about one. I will say both of mine have just a slight amount of creep, just enough to detect, but it's smooth and they both break cleanly. The 75D PCR took a little work to get it in that shape, I replaced all of the springs with Cajun Gun Works parts and did some polishing, the SP01 shadow was awesome right out of the box but it's kind of a custom shop gun.

Some of you may have noticed my other, surprisingly busy, thread about wanting a cheap carry gun
after not really paying much attention to pistols for a lot of years. I got that settled, more or less, but
somewhere in the last month or two of reading and researching and looking at and fondling pistols,
I decided I wanted a *nice*, all-metal handgun that wasn't a 1911.
(1911's are awesome, learned to shoot on one, just wanted something a little different)

I ran across a CZ P-01 at a local pawn/gun joint, new in box, 2021 production date.
It was right at msrp naturally, but it was the only one around and something just appealed to
me about it's size and balance. It is night and day to any of the common polymer frame guns,
the thing feels like it's cut out of a single hunk of metal and just pretty well molded to my hand.
Compared to most of what I've shot, with the exception of some 1911's, the trigger on SA may as well
be a match part lol. The sights, ehhhh... We'll see about that. I will say they have some of the best
phosphorescent paint I've ever seen, you can just about see them glowing in day light after a flashlight
excites them. But I question the usefulness of non-tritium night sights in general.
Anyway, I'm quite fond of it already.

I was sorely tempted by a couple of Sig's but the price of them is
just a bit much. But I will keep my eye out for the right P226.

Another thing that was in the running was a Beretta 92 of some flavor.
The ergonomics were just a little iffy with the switch up on the slide.
I'd still take one at the right deal, for when I need to live action role-play Magnum PI.

CZ pistols are among the top pistols you can buy in my opinion. This is my fully Cajun Gun Works built CZ P01 with laser etched frame. Full Cajun carry package.

I traded a bare Gen 3 Glock 19 for this P07 with box/3 mags/Night Fision sights and my only complaint so far is the lack of texture on the grip and the DA trigger on this one is very gritty. I can see some literal grit/sand in the internals so I'll clean it up when I put in the MCARBO trigger kit I ordered. It seems these P-07s and P-09s fly under the radar when it comes to polymer guns. I like this better than any Glock that I have had and I am a bit of a Glock fanboy.

I also stippled the frame – I know some of y'all will hate that, but it solves the lack of texture problem and I don't think it looks too bad.

This gun has given me a bit of a CZ bug and I really want to try out one of the larger metal framed guns soon.
