He encouraged my dad to sell his book Unlikely Warrior, about WWII at the shows, Joe bought three copies himself. I sure have fond memories of big gunshows in the past

You read it wrong. Wanamaker was the oft used wrong spelling.
Very nice people. Got to meet them both, Joe and his wife at their home in Tulsa. His wife was a ordained minister married my oldest daughter and son n law.
