Worked with a young lady from Ukraine, she allowed that their Government was the most corrupt on the planet. She is back in Ukraine now and says most of the stuff we (in US) see on TV is drummed up by our Government.
Will know if that’s true soon enough. (Drummed up by our govt, if so, it’s being drummed up by many other govs too)

So last Monday the Brandon admin promised the invasion by Wed. The week before that????? It was days away. The week before that, it was any day now. Today they said any minute now. But then again, the Olympics did wrap up…. Maybe it will be a repeat of 2014…. Maybe it’s Brandon deflecting from his disastrous first year. Maybe Vlad is waiting for China so they can both move at the same time.
After the last few years, can we believe anything from the msm?

Looks like our Vegetable in Chief now says he will meet with Putin, but “only if he doesn’t invade”. Looks to me like he’s going to ultimately take credit for diffusing a situation that wasn’t going to happen anyway, for political capital. Just my theory.

Concur. Been telling people that for 4-5 days.

I guess we’ll see soon enough.

News outlets reporting that Russian troops are being sent into eastern Ukraine right now to “keep the peace”. Maybe coincidence…. But once again right after the close of the Olympics.

So….. does Xi move on Taiwan while the worlds eyes are in the Ukraine?

And how will Brandon respond to Putin? Perhaps this is the minor incursion Joe spoke of in the past and we do nothing. Europe will likely not do much as most countries are too dependent on Russian oil/gas and it’s still winter. Boy wouldn’t it be nice for the good kids USA to be an alternative supplier… but then again we are once again net IMPORTERS of petroleum thanks to the current energy policies. Could have help squashed this issue and boosted our economy all at once.

After the fact Biden declares sanctions on Russia, he should have done that in the first place but even if he had, there already was the scent of blood in the water for Putin due to the weakness of Biden. When Biden created an army out of our donated equipment in Afghanistan he shown his true colors. He is not for the United States! He is working for someone.
