One: a painter. I want to get my 15 foot aluminum Jon boat painted. It will be media blasted, cleaned, and more or less prepped. I have the paint, just need someone with the gun and booth really. I would be interested in getting a quote, or even paying for instruction, borrowing tools, and booth space. Prefer within an hour of OKC, but I can be flexible.

two: do we have anyone who caters BBQ? We’re going to be doing bbq for our wedding in October and would like to find someone we can trust.

Dang. That's one huge wedding . . . our oldest got married in Sept 2021 and the cost for 200 wasn't exactly cheap.

You need to flip the Jon boat over on a couple saw horses and roll a couple coats of house paint on it.

You can also pay someone to spray it, then when it comes off you can do the saw horse thing the next time.

You can get a spray gun as low as $45. At that price it is almost as disposable as a roller. Why hire someone that will charge you a few hundred?

All I know about painting aluminum is it needs anodized or use zinc chromate primer to get paint to stick to it. But that is my 80's technology and I don't know what they use now.

"Wedding" and "cheap" do not go in the same sentence. In fact, it will cost you $500 more for trying to do that... but EVERYTHING you do for a wedding costs extra, so you're probably used to it.

Just pressure wash, degrease and use the krylon camo with a stencil.
