Cant help you there, anything that I mighta got with Pachmayr, the Pachmayrs got removed (quickly) and put in the for sale bin.

Sounds like you might need something custom!

Or sell that ruger and get the smith with some nice original wood target stocks.

I know I know, everyone says the ruger is stronger, but the trigger on the smith outclasses the ruger
I've thought of custom grips, but $$$$.

As for the trigger, well... It's damned difficult to beat a SW for a clean trigger break, especially one that has been smoothed.

I've done some work on the Redhawk, and it's got a good trigger - at least single action. Not as clean as a well-done Smith, but good, and much better than the factory abomination.

Very few people shoot heavy 44 Mag loads in double action, I don't either. I'm not real concerned with the DA trigger on the Redhawk.

Come to that, my days of shooting a bunch of heavy 44 Mag is past me. I'll shoot some, maybe 2 or 3 cylinders, but then it's back to something a bit less stressful.

Ordered these Monday night, got them today. Nosler .260 Rem brass, with primers even...thanks to @Rez Exelon for letting me know they were available after seeing I bought my 260, and you were right, I got 105 instead of an even 100!

Not particularly "cool" as it were,,,
But I bought a pair of mags for my new Ruger EC9S.

At close to $40 each,,,
Ruger seems very proud of them.

Kinda like the computer printers --- they make no money on the printers, but the cash is in the ink cartridges.

Four boxes of 240 gr. .44 Hornady bullets arrived about 30 minutes ago that I ordered Mon. from Scheels for my Ruger Redhawk.

SCHEELS: Sporting Goods, Clothing & Footwear | SCHEELS.com

Scheels already had them a tad cheaper than Midway but Monday they were also having free shipping on everything so that saved me right at $16.50 on the shipping alone.
