Flame suit on...... we used to go to Cimarron Steakhouse until they closed during pandemic, never reopened. We liked their steaks cooked on mesquite.
A guy I new from Texas would eat there all the time when he came to OKC for meetings. He absolutely loved it.

I used to go quite a bit during the lunch hour and always liked it. I was surprised they never reopened.

I ate there once many years ago when they had an all you can eat deal. The steak was good but I didn't really care for the rest of it, and the twenty minute wait for a second steak.

Outback steaks are my favorite for reasonable prices.
Believe it or not, I did have a very good prime rib dinner there once when my now ex-wife wanted to go there for our anniversary.

They had just added a grill so I had them put the rare prime rib on there just long enough to bring it up to medium rare and add some grill flavor. It was very good.

Longhorn for the bone in ribeye. It's the bomb-diggity. Don't know about the rest of their offerings.

For prime rib we always go to Hollies and have it not grilled or extra seasoned. It has a really good smoke flavor to it.

Been over 10 years, but a group of us from work would go on Friday’s, THINK they had a special price..🤔 ANYHOW, couldn’t beat the flame grilled T-Bone! And they were always packed.
Original question - lot of good suggestions, and haven’t read, or tried all.. Get a good burger or chicken fried! 🙄😉 Steaks are way overpriced in any decent steak house right now. But used to take my Dad to Charleston’s, and we’d all get the various size filets. Always good, and reasonable. Chop house on Broadway around 10th - GOOD! As well as Prime, Mickey Mantle’s, The Ranch on Britton.. but take 💰💵😉

My Cattlemen's review wasn't just a "one and done" attempt. We tried it three times over about two years. T-Bone and the ribeye twice. It's just not good beef imo. I can only relate it to friend who's family raises longhorns. We've eaten steaks several times there at get togethers and it's random on toughness, but has minimal flavor every time, just like Cattlemen's. Two best restaurant steaks I've eaten was at Gibson's in Chicago and Le Cellier Steakhouse in Orlando which is actually in Epcot Disney World lol. Gibson's is the best though, especially if you're into 70+ day dry aged beef. Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass along I35 in Moore are about as good as it gets around here other than at home.
I’ve been to Cattlemans maybe four times in the last 10 years and I am not impressed with it either. The steaks were never that tender and they lacked on taste. I guess I’m just better at cooking a steak in my opinion.

Other than a strip or rib eye I grill at home, Mahogany’s up on Memorial is the best steak I personally have had in the metro area. A little pricey but nice quiet dining experience. Have a piece of their carrot cake for dessert. It alone is worth the trip.

I liked them, too. Never had a bad steak there, despite their prices being so low that you expected to see whip marks.

Same, same. There were a bunch of us that would meet on Friday's there. It was decent enough. Better than Sirloin Stockade or Sizzling Sirloin or whatever they were called.

What was the name of the place on I-35 about Grand (maybe) on the west side of the road that had a giant cowboy for a sign and all you could eat steak dinners for 7.99 or 9.99 or some such. Big giant cowboy holding a sign. Dang if I can remember the name of that place.
