I cannot sit here and believe what I just read. How on earth can you be thinking we as civilians don’t need AR’s? Do you “need” a lot of things? I don’t “need” a lot of things but have the freedom to have them. Peoples feeling don’t override my freedom. I suggest you look up FBI statistics on not just AR rifles but ALL rifles. They are barely used at all. More people die by blunt objects than they do rifles. The vast majority of shooting deaths occur with handguns. If alot of these shootings start happening with semi auto handguns are you gonna start saying we dont need those as well? The vast majority of 18 year olds will never use a gun to kill someone. This is why these shootings are happening. If you don’t want to own them go right ahead. I for one won’t ever give mine up. Period. And that goes for every gun I own.

I hope it never comes to that. The so called assault weapons ban was a joke that did nothing to prevent crime.

You're not supposed to think, you are supposed to mindless follow your overlord and drink the koolaid coming from the right, middle, and/or left. Your side is always 100% correct, as they told you so, any other is 100% wrong. It's a zero sum game. You shouldn't believe this post as it came from the deep state.

am i crazy for asking if it's just merely "waiting" or being told to stand down?
i mean it's happened enough, when i'm positive training for these situations is NOT to wait, ever since columbine. am i crazy for asking if they were just doing what they were told?

yeah i mean that jives with what even as students we were told the situation would be handled in a "code red" situation. we had drills for it. heck now just in this thread you linked they have like....police involved drills.

it makes no sense why the action of these officers would go against everything they were trained for unless they were given instruction by another party. i know i'm the schizo guy but it happens too much to not be a pattern. if this kid ended up being the same one who was arrested years prior, as it's now been revealed that the LAST school shooter (the one whose motive is now no longer trending) was in repeated contact with at least one agent, this looks like another groomed kid for a set up massacre and a programmed response to stand down and let it go down.

call me schizo, don't care, won't be the first or last time. how many of these happened during trump? and obama throwing out trayvon and floyd?! all too obvious.

All I can offer as an explanation is that there appears to be ALOT of folks getting a pay check to do law enforcement that aren’t cut out to do law enforcement stuff.

i mean i will admit i always lean towards "conspiracy" over incompetence, so there's a chance they pretty much violated every single "don't do this" rule.

but it just seems to happen with so many of the same kinda stories....muh apophenia can't help but notice the only big "mass shooting" happens with so many of the same traits.

the big outlier is the vegas shooting which is like a weird arms deal gone wrong or who knows what. possible mbs hit, all sorts of crazy stuff was going on that is COMPLETELY memory holed.
