Ribs are in the smoker and family are on their way. It has been really quite around here the last couple of days, well that’s about to change.

It's a great day already! The dogs let me sleep late, we're having lunch with friends and then cooling it the rest of the day!

Gotta work tonight so I'm just gonna take it easy. Pork chops and eggs sound good for breakfast ... Damn I'm STARVING.

@THAT Gurl I love pork chops and eggs! yummy. Small projects on the list for today. Looking into setting up a misting system around the A/C, have read and been told it will help. If anybody has any experience with that would love to hear. Likely be another hot one, so the dogs and I, will probably get in another afternoon nap.
