First off, Thank you for your service to your community. Secondly you should fully appreciate taking something you love and bleed for as a wAy of life being mocked by an industry that is so full of hypocrisy.
I never said I haven’t seen the series , I said I didn’t care for it.
I’m tired of actors and singers and celebrities thinking that somehow their opinions are so much more valuable than “ the common people “. They are empty sacks that make a living of pptra

First off let me say thank you for your years of service to your fellow man and your community. Secondly I never stated I had not seen the series just that I didn’t care for it.
You should understand exactly what I mean that taking a way of life that you have giving blood ,sweat & tears for is portrayed in such mocking manners.
I am just saying it’s a kick in the teeth to see these hallow individuals getting rich and openly displaying such hypocrisy. The actors, singers, celebrities are basically empty sacks that slip into characters . Their opinion is no greater than “ the common people “. They ran around shows shooting guns and then when the cameras stop rolling they are anti-gunners and promote those who are anti 2 amendment.
We have got to stop giving them the stage and start hitting them where it hurts. If you don’t like their politics don’t put them in the spotlight.
I don’t mean to ruffle feathers , I’m getting old em to get cranky and when something taste bad I spit it out.

Thank you, serving in law enforcement was something I always wanted to do and I consider myself fortunate to have been able to do so.

As far as Yellowstone and other TV shows and movies go including all the 'celebrities' who think their opinions matter. Remember the quote/saying?

"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference."

That's the way I look at it. I know that whether I watch it or not doesn't matter, as long as they have an audience, which they do, the show will go on until it's run it's course. Now that said, there are certain boundaries (which I won't go into here) that I won't violate by watching a something I feel is morally wrong, but other than that if I like the show I put aside the fake crap and take it for what it is, entertainment. A good example, at least in my opinion, is the movie "Lone Survivor". As hard as it is to watch, it is one of my favorite movies, but if you read the book by Marcus Luttrell and Patrick Robinson you'll find the movie deviates, by a great deal, what actually transpired after Mr. Luttrell escaped the Taliban. But hey, they did a pretty job with the movie and they did it with Marcus Luttrell's blessing so that's good enough for me.

Best wishes and don't worry about ruffling feathers. As you'll see if you hang around here long enough, we ain't no strangers to that lol.
