I can verify the security armada when moving nukes.
Last summer we were in Great Falls Montana, home of Maelstrom AFB and lots of ICBM’s.
Buddy and I got on I-15 in Great Falls coming back from a fishing trip and ended up in the middle of a big blue convoy of about 20 trucks carrying lots of M-60’s and M-2’s in turrets on top coming into town. It wasn’t blanks hanging in belts from the weapons.
In the middle was a very large trailer with the heaviest armed vehicles surrounding it as it went down the highway.
Thought sure we would get pulled over or blocked in but nothing really happened. We were the only civilian vehicle on the interstate as LEO were blocking every entrance and exit.
We saw our exit coming up so I pulled to the shoulder, slowed down and went around the officer thinking now he’s going to stop us but he never left his post.
The only reason I could think of that they didn’t do something is that they were probably coming back from a delivery empty but they have to put on the show no matter what so nobody knows which direction the delivery is headed.
In Cheyenne I saw the armada rolling with a nuke and blackhawk flying in support.

The IRS and Postal Service have a “police force”, because it’s a govt bureaucracy and someone else is paying for it (we the taxpayers). It has nothing to do with “need”.
A US postal inspector has full federal police authority.
One of them put the cuffs on the Unibomber.

I’m not saying the IRS and Postal police don’t crack a few cases to try to justify their existence, but I believe if that money was cut out of the budget other federal LEO agencies would fill the gap. The FBI has time to plan fake insurrections, so they should be able to easily step in to aid the IRS and Postal Service in fighting their crimes. :rollingla

If you took those duties from the Treasury, Postal Service, Atomic Energy Commission, etc., those jobs would just be added to whatever agency you feel should be in charge of law enforcement. Talk to some of the everyday working guys of these agencies and you will find that they are understaffed for what all we are wanting them to do.

Just because we don’t feel that laws are necessary, there is a country full of folks that do.

Let’s not start misquoting or misinterpreting what has been said here. Nobody said “laws” aren’t necessary.

Doesn't bother me none. Stocked up a bunch over the past 4yrs. A lot of guys spent their ammo money on booze and non essentials. Last time Government said the were going to take our guns some people caved in and just gave up to the non fact that we have to give up Guns, mags and ammo. Looks like a repeat to me. Buy when you can afford to "lots of ammo" out there now for cheap right now.

I never said HiLux. I was intentionally evasive. He does have a Toyota, I believe. I think it’s a Corolla. 😂
Honda Ridgeline. Made for that quad fifty.
