When I was young they were called a lot of names but I think the most common accepted term is trannys but has a different meaning other then what’s bolted to your engine to transfer power to the drive shaft that’s hooked to your rear end that spins your wheels.

That just sounds dirty now and it shouldn’t, what a world we live in.

On the same page but society is a little out there now.
From my understanding of this concept is if your born with a hang down but feel like you were born with a innie you can be the opposite. Same thing if your born with a innie but feel like you have a hang down, crazy concept but it’s happening even with small children whose parents are well I know the word I’m looking for but just cannot spit it out.

You call it “feel like”
While I would call it something more aligned with some form of neurological or personality based compulsion.
In my mind, if your brain is telling you to act in a way or identify in a way that is out of step with accepted societal norms, then I have compassion for that person or group of persons, not ridicule or scorn.
Compassion doesn’t mean I have to agree with it , or even accept it.

Same goes for a transgendered person
Same goes for a kid with schizophrenia
Same goes for a decorated vet with suicidal thoughts

Regarding the original post about race

When I was in college there was an anthropology professor with light skin and a German last name who always claimed African ancestry when applying for grants.

When questioned about it, he took the position that the science showed we all had early ancestors in Africa, if you went back far enough, his just left early.

I suspect that most of us can claim a drop of almost anything if we dig far enough.

There is no true native to anywhere if your a red blooded human your ancesters came from someplace else and settled where they are so everyone is a mixture of several different nationalities.
This!!!! YES!!!!!
B+ blood, which is Asian, Mongol to be more specific. Family history says Scots, Irish, English, Dutch, French, German, Austrian, Russian, Lithuanian, Spanish, Jewish, and Indian. That we know of. I check Hispanic & white, or multiple if that's an option. So far as I can tell it's never gotten me anything but a bit of conversation. Though one of my close cousins got a scholarship from the Daughters of the American Revolution. Got ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War, both sides of the War between the States, and some who came over on the boat in the late 1800's, as well as at least one who was married to a French trapper.

Heinze and 57 other varieties, as we say. :)

I declare myself to be either American Indian or Black-dependent upon how I feel on any particular day and how I could benefit. (Deep sarcasm)

What about your ethnicity? Certain forms ask and one particular I’ve recently came across asks if you are part of a “group that has been discriminated against”.
Would it be fine if I claimed to be one of the discriminated?
Would my color matter if I did so?

I’m not asking as a joke or being racist. I’m asking seriously, if one can claim to be non-binary would it be wrong to claim another race to “get more”?

The reason I am asking is due to a application that is farming related, it is worded like there is more of a chance for persons of ethnic backgrounds to be accepted.View attachment 291535
Common fallacy being bantered about that one can choose their "gender" now. Gender is determined at birth. One either has an XX or XY 23rd chromosome pair. That's it. What's being chosen is a sexual identity. So whether you call yourself male, female, martian or a corn syrup covered idiot you still only have XX or XY.

You'll never be Supreme Court Justice with that kind of attitude.
