This may get long winded.

I was allergic to milk as a baby but I was told I got over it.
Growing up I drank a lot of milk.
Did not seem to bother me in the least.

The last few years I have consumed Walmart ,Aldi and Braums whole milk and some food pantry boxed milk that does not need refrigerated that a friend gave me.

Walmart and Aldi milk will give me the runs or should I say runny poo.
Not to a sick point as I do not go poo but maybe 2 times a day more on that milk.

Braums A2 milk I have zero issues with and boxed milk zero issues, box milk tasted like canned milk.

Now something I observed is when I rinse out the Walmart or Aldi gallon plastic milk jugs I will rinse them 3 times and sit them on the counter
without the lid on and the next morning they smell like bad milk. I must use dawn to clean them to eliminate the smell.

The Braums plastic gallon milk jug I can rinse it 1 time and no milk smell and I have actually experimented and left the milk residue in the Braums jug without any
rinsing and No off smell the next morning.

My fridge is very cold if that is in your thoughts. 34 degrees.
A gallon of milk will last me 3 days on the average. 2 days if I do any cooking with it.

So if you like milk but it does not like you try the Braums A2.

My wife's grandfather had milk cows and his cows milk with 3" of cream on top did not bother me either.

I don't remember who sells it, maybe Aldi, but I really liked the taste of Friendly Farms milk. I only get a massive upset stomach when I have milk with cereal or a big glass of milk with donuts. It seems my body hates the combination of any milk and sugar. But I can drink a half gallon of store or Nesquik chocolate milk and be absolutely fine. I do that more than I'd like to admit.
We have a bunch of those 24 and 32 oz shaker bottles to make protein shakes and I'll make nesquik chocolate milk in those with the little agitator and now the kids hate stirred chocolate milk

My grandpa had a dairy. I HATE store bought milk. Braum's is better but I miss that fresh from the morning milking glass of milk we used to have with grandma's biscuits and apple butter.
For years I missed that fresh morning milk........I HATED being weaned!!!!!

I’m now mildly lactose intolerant, but milk never bothered me up until my mid to late 30’s. I’ve never tried to pinpoint what brand of milk is worse for me, but Swamprat’s observations are interesting.
One observation I’ve made that my wife doesn’t believe is that if I add chocolate syrup to milk or ice cream I don’t have stomach issues. :anyone:
