Things have certainly changed on this site, I got my "cheap" P2022 from a car salesman that had me meet him at the dealership he worked at in Norman. I went with some questions in mind but when he waltzed out to my car and proclaimed how long he had been looking for a 10.5 inch .300 blackout upper I thought he was going to offer the pistol and cash, lol. I looked at my wife and told her that I feel like I am finally going to walk off the car lot for once in my life with a good deal. I put my new to me pistol in the car and almost peeled out laughing at the smiling salesman.

If you are still on here and reading this, do you have any other bargains? No you can't have my truck/garage sloppy arse pistol.

I have an older CCW I now use as a truck gun, but it is outdated on capacity and the trigger isn't my favorite, so I was considering getting a newer expendable pistol, to replace it. I'm a glock fan, but don't want to dedicate one of those or pay for a new one for a backup. However, I'm not talking about a Hi Point either LOL.

Some of the brands I was thinking about are Taurus, Canik, Stoeger, Ruger, or maybe S&W but I'd like to keep the cost down. Of those I mentioned, right now I feel like Taurus might have the best to offer for the money, but not sure so I'm asking for opinions.
only had one Taurus auto and it would not cycle worth a crap- I picked up a kind of rough Ruger 101 that functions fine, its just not pretty for $400 and had a couple quick loads I have ready - I figure I will just have to be careful if an exchange were to happen. My thinking was, that revolver is always ready- an auto you don't carry may not be- ie- did I jack one in or not - and $400 is all I want to lose if someone breaks into the vehicle

So what are your nice pistols for? Leaving a weapon ina car doesn’t make a lot of sense, but I suppose a permanent one, idk leo trade in Glock, I ain’t sure why not keep a quality pistol with you at all times
