The loader bucket has a small grapple or "thumb" for picking up logs, brush, stumps, etc., very useful and a real backsaver for old folks like me.
That's my next project. I have a debris fork for the front loader that I have to put on tomorrow that I'll include a pic in this thread for. It can haul a lot of brush in one trip to the burn pile but some always drops off on the way. I'll weld up some brackets with pins so it can be removed when not needed.

That parts makes sense to me but at the same time if I have both my tires filled with a liquid of choice that means the downhill tire is at an angle with that much "water weight" on the downhill side wanting to pull the tractor over. THen the uphill rear tire would counter act the downhill tire thus negating the effects of waterfilled tires and their affect on tippiness. Or am I overthinking this whole thing.
You're overthinking it. Unless the bottom of the uphill tire is above the center of mass of the tractor, it'll tend to pull the tractor down towards the ground. If it's above the center of mass, you're already somewhere you shouldn't ought to have been in the first place...

Nice looking welds. Done with a MIG?

I cannot contribute anything to this thread as I have not owned anything larger than a Craftsman garden tractor. But I sure do enjoy reading the posts of others!
Yep, Lincoln 255C PowerMig.

It’s been a great machine and I am still trying to make pretty welds, not much luck with that though. They don’t look too bad when slathered with some paint.

I put 12 hours on the new to me L3301 brush hogging this weekend and loved every minute of it. I couldn’t believe how sore I was afterwards. I guess from stretching while backing up.

Anyway, I made it just over a week before the need to modify the bucket. That may be a record for me. Not sure why I can’t just leave stuff alone.

That's pretty slick and nice welds too. I like it. I had to do something on my bucket to use to pull and lift things so when with these two chain hooks. Their capacity and chain used far exceeds the lift capacity of the tractor. I've used the heck out of these so far. They work great.

That’s a good location for those, especially with the hook butted up to the bucket. That’s probably the strongest way to mount them. They have nowhere to go with tension on the chain.

I did the same thing with the hooks and receiver. Not sure how much I'll ever use the bucket mounted receiver...but the plate with hooks will add some strength to the bucket, I think. I also bought a little 3-point attachment to move my trailer around. It was pretty inexpensive.

Didn't have the center piece with the receiver installed yet:

There it is...two more hooks on the center piece:
