This is true; they'll say thank you for telling us and that's it.
However, I did nag the sh*t out of one deputy about trash getting dumped and we found the dude and he made him go clean it up.

call and join the TSCRA. they will put the special ranger who is a texas ranger on the case. these rangers can cross county and state lines almost like a fed.

For some equipment I have on remote property I have hidden inside the equipment an “air tag” They are the size of a quarter and easy to hide. If a cell phone or Wi-Fi comes within 30’ or so it will connect and tell me where it is. Most thieves have cell phones.
