Just so you know, the pie pumpkins are out. I have seen them at Crest and Edmond Walmart. I bought one and plan on stuffed pumpkin this coming Sunday.

That chili has the perfect consistency… and the pho looks great too.

About to pull the lamb chops out of the sous vide and finish in the cast iron. Cabbage is done, and the mashed potatoes are too.
