PSA is good to go in my book. I have a lot of parts from them. Uppers, lowers etc.

Only ever had one issue with a blem upper that cycled weird when I got it but once it wore in after a couple mags it was good to go.

I’ve had good experiences with them. I ordered a rifle kit but someone forgot to put the LPK in there. I called them to let them know. They sent me 2 LPK’s

I am just wanting to find out what kind of experience anyone has had, with buying uppers and lowers from PSA. What is good? What is bad? Any information would be appreciated.

Iraqgunner88 did a torture test on one of their basic uppers, they are gtg.

The uppers I've had are a bit over gassed but it seems that even some of the high dollar brands are going that way for reliability with cheap ammo.

They are my first stop if I’m looking for something. Their goal is to arm everyone in the US that wants to be.
Are they “top tier”? No. Would I want to fire 25k rounds through one? Maybe. I wouldn’t necessarily want to take it to war, but for the casual weekend shooter or home defense, they’re a good, solid choice, especially for the price. The allow you to add redundancy or arm family members for way less than most other more expensive options.
Have bought and will buy again from them.

I have one of their older FN barreled uppers, not a super high round count but a few thousand with no issues. I have built a few of their kits, but they have sat in the safe. Everything has been in spec and properly staked so far. Honestly fit and finish is better than my Armalite.
