What kind of evidence might law enforcement have if they still don’t know where the little girl is, to hold someone for murder?

I just read they found evidence on his cell phone. On News 9 Lacey Lowry's Facebook page.

BREAKING: MURDER ARREST According to a document just in to KWTV - NEWS 9 early this evening, Ivon Adams was arrested in Arizona on suspicion of first-degree murder in the disappearance of 4-year-old Athena Brownfield of Cyril, Oklahoma. Court papers say evidence of the crime was found on Adams on his cell phone. Adams appeared before a judge this afternoon and he waived his right to an extradition hearing. That means Oklahoma law enforcement has 30 days to pick him up. Adams’ wife, Alysia, is in custody in Oklahoma on two complaints of child neglect. Athena has not been found.
