Just got back from Atwood's in Norman and I now own a 9mm handgun.

I've been looking for a SA-35 (Browning Hi-Power clone) off and on for over a year and this morning Atwood's had one.......they got in two yesterday and one was already spoken for.

$649.99+ tax for the SA-35 and two 100 count boxes of Winchester 115 gr. were $39.99+ tax each.

Nice pistol. I bought mine last March. Paid list price, I think 699.00 IIRC. Happy to pay it. I couldn't find one anywhere. Been real happy with it. Springfield did their homework on this one. All the tweaks and modifications they did from the original FN just make it a better pistol.
And I wish Muskogee had an Atwoods. I've driven to Coweta and Checotah on several occasions just to go to Atwoods.

Congrats ... great gun!

One of the first guns that I ever wanted as far back as when I was elementary school was a Browning Hi Power. Shortly after turning 21, I bought one.

When I got it, it would not feed FMJ ammo. So I sent it to Austin Behlert who worked his magic on it including taking the magazine disconnect off. Amazing gun.

I am going to get one of the SA guns to go with my Browning.
