Lead shot, even thought it doesn’t specify lead.

Duck on the box’s.

Sale stickers denoting good old day pricing.

Gotta be 40+ years old. Almost have to be wouldn’t it?

70's or early 80's at most.

I'm thinking it was mid 70's, maybe. I don't remember when we switched from lead to steel for ducks, and I don't remember buying these, but I would have been shooting ducks with them.

Wish I could catch that kinda sale today. I've got a couple boxes of 16 ga 4's just like those 6's, same price, $2.14 a box.

Is there a date on the boxes somewhere?

I had to have held on to these for a long time. I’m sure they’re left overs from the lead to steel switch, cause I was shooting a 20 & a 16 at ducks. I shot an A5 12 at pheasant, so I’m certain these were bought for duck loads.

I don’t remember when steel became a thing. Early-mid 80’s??

Yeah, these are plastic. I shot all the paper hulls up a long time ago, but I still had some that I was shooting when everything was plastic. I don’t remember when that happened either, but I remember shooting paper hulls, like I know some of y’all do as well.
