Since covid I've noticed a TON of 40-60 year old women driving like they're in their own private parking lot. They'll pull U turns right in the middle of traffic, turn left from the far right lane across three lanes of traffic, or stop an entire line of cars to change lanes and make a turn. It's like driving with toddlers.
I live in Okmulgee, but I work in Tulsa, almost to Catoosa. It's nuts at rush hour.

Maybe when we find ourselves in a situation similar to the one the OP has described, we should think how good God has been to us and think on those things and pray for that occupant in the other car that is giving us grief. When an ambulance passes with the siren on, pray for the occupant and the patient, When someone wants to cut in front of you, let them, you'll be the bigger person and feel better about everything.
... either that, or pretend you have your grandchildren in the vehicle with you...

Honestly, something that helps me, I listen to audiobooks while I drive. I used to listen to talk radio, but that only made the problem worse, and drove my blood pressure up in the process. The audiobooks give me something else to concentrate on, while not distracting my driving.

I think I buried my own question.

Does anyone remember this three second thing? It could have been a small safety campaign someone came up with, I don't know.
If no one can remember it,, it must not be very important? Just chill out, drive curiously, allow other drivers in, you will feel better, and live longer, and other drives will like you better, and even YOU, will like YOU better!

So you're saying I probably shouldn't listen to Slayer, Pantera and things like that when I'm driving?
