OK,

I'm needing a 14.5" barrel. The application will be full auto and suppressed (M4-2000). I have everything I need except the barrel, forend and gas block. I'm going with a Daniel Defense Lite Rail 9.0" forend and a Noveske Switchblock gas block.

For some reason, LMT, and Noveske don't catalog a 14.5" chrome lined barrel separate.

I'd really prefer a light to mid-weight barrel with chrome lining and no 203 cut. I'd love to have a fluted barrel, but it's not a requirement. What is a requirement is high quality. So who's chrome lined 14.5" barrel would you get if cost wasn't a consideration?

I would go with a Sabre 14.5" chrome lined middy barrel. It is lightweight, does not have the M203 cut and the mid-length gas system should be smoother in full-auto and less gassy when suppressed. Bravo Co. usually has these, but they are out of stock right now: http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Sabr...-Barrel-1-7-p/sabre barrel stripped 50385.htm

Daniel Defense, Bravo Co or Sabre would all be good choices. DD doesn't make a middy 14.5 but the other two do. I also wasn't aware Noveske was selling switchblocks alone so you might double check that.

Noveske currently has clamp on switchblocks in stock on their website for $185.

After pricing all the various parts and what I currently had, I really want a complete Noveske upper. I think it's a lot of bang for the buck. I could spend more money and still not have exactly what I want.

The problem is they don't catalog precisely what I want. I'm waiting on a call back from Ann to see if I can put in an LE special order (currently if it isn't in stock you're out of luck, no backorders). I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Ah ok I wasn't aware they had the clamp on ones available. If they won't do it let me know and I'll see if they will let me order it.
