My son has one that I fire when he is around. Pretty impressive but reloaders complain that they are not able to duplicate factory ammo performance. At $ .50 a round, I would have to be able to reload for it.

If you buy in bulk you can get close to .35/round.

Bought mine used for $900.00 about two yrs. ago. Shoots great, never a bobble, failure or hiccup in the first 400-500 rds. I've put thru it. Average accuracy at 25 yds., maybe 4-5" groups. Strikes me as a full size service pistol, the bigger your hand, the better it fits. Hell of an advantage for close range firepower/self-defense with it's 20 rd mag. capacity. Got no idea if the "varmint" round looking ammo I've found for it would be effective for self-defense. The high round count of on-board ammo is impressive to me, though.

Just bought one about a month ago from KINGS. Mine is OD Green and I love it. BTW OD green is very hard to find. It is the best pistol I have because 1. It’s fun to shoot 2. Very little recoil 3. Feels good in the hand 4. 20 rounds in the clip 5. And it’s real light. The FiveseveN has allot of firepower in the clip but the gun is a large frame gun so don’t expect compact size. I have shot about 200 rounds through it and it is accurate at 25 yards right out of the box. I do have the newer one with the fixed sights and like them very well.

This weapon is a great to shoot in a tactical situation or to use as a defense gun. I have this one by my bed side when asleep because if I need 30 rounds I have it in one clip. I have the extenders on one of my clips. When you buy a FiveseveN you will get three clips with the purchase, which is a bonus.

Again I can’t find anything negative other than the price of the gun and the ammo. As previously stated, the ammo is coming down and to me I can afford it. This is not a gun to go and shoot every weekend and blow through 500 rounds. You will be broke! If you are looking at getting one the cheapest place that I found was Kings Pawn in Del City. Talk to Dave, he is the owner and will hook you up. Tell him the guy with the OD green FN sent you.( I don’t get any kickbacks) I did pay $995 for mine and they special ordered it. He has a black one in stock last time I was there. Bass Pro wanted 1199 for one and so did H&H. Gun World wanted 1300 for a desert color one which is way too high.

Anyways… great gun and fun to shoot. Plus it looks cool and has a loud crack that will make some wonder WTF you are shooting.
