usmg, what kind of tolerances are you holding?
Can you expand on your threading process?
A lot of guys have some high end cans here, and your prices sound good.

Curtis at S&H charges $100 for threading. He does excellent work and his tolerances will definitely do for a high end can.

If you're just doing it for a fake can, you could go cheaper since you don't have to worry about baffle strikes.

Since you're in the OKC metro area, I'd give Steve at Mechanical Accuracy a call (405-399-2875). He's in Jones (just east of OKC) and we send a lot of our barrels to him for threading (always does a great job). He usually charges $75.

Where is S&H? No offense to Steve (he's gotten a lot of work from me - and recently I found out that my father and he went to high-school together), but him being in Jones makes it fairly difficult to get anything to/from him on that side of the state without taking a day off or using my dad as an errand boy.

I'd love to have something closer just for little jobs like barrel threading, etc...
