I think buds is the gold standard for an online gun shop. Granted they do have some pictures that aren't 100% accurate but with their selection you will only run into that on occasion (in my experiences). Accurate reviews are a must as well! I hate reading reviews that say "I like it", i want details

Highly efficient email communication.

As in, < 30 min turnaround...

Live chat works too, as well as it "works"... but email is easier to manage from a business standpoint.

Buds Gun Shop website and stock combined with Summit Gun Broker's customer service and used/cheap firearm selection. Bud's customer service is lacking, but sometimes their price is hard to beat.

I find customer reviews are worth their weight in gold. I don't care what the people selling are saying(beyond specs.) They are trying to sell it to me. An incentive for customers to leave feedback is our method of getting lots of reviews. If we get bad reviews we test items and drop them from the inventory if they are crap.

Real, actual pictures of every gun available. CORRECT mfg photos would be fine for the common stuff like Glocks, M&Ps, xDs, etc.

Accessories that people actually want.

Good bulk ammo prices.

Legitimate shipping rates.

A site that looks professional and not hokey. FWIW, I'm not impressed with Bud's website at all.

Real time or near real time inventory updates. Quantity not necessary, but "in stock" or "out of stock" is mandatory.
