Got a chance to get some trigger time Halloween weekend. Went up to my son-in-law's in Tuttle. Took that grandson trick-or-treating Saturday, then his dad and I went for some treats of our own.

Took out the Uzi and M16.

Had a bunch of friends show up at "The Canyon".

Introduced at least 5 noobies to full auto fire. Every single one of them had ear to ear grins.

The guy in the clip with the red shirt on, it is his family that owns this area. They have always been very gracious about letting us shoot there. I wanted to make sure he got as much trigger time as he wanted. ;-)

I thought that he had joined us in a few shoots before, but this was his first time.

The weather was just perfect.

We had targets, but in this clip we were just kicking up dirt and water.

WOW... That looked like it was a blast. No pun intended. What was the ammo bill for the day? Couldn't have been cheap.... LOL..

Ammo bill was probably pretty steep.

I try to preload as many mags as I can before hitting the range. Since I don't get out to shoot as often as I want, I try to maximize my time.

I shot the most (course they were my guns). Probably came in around 600 .223 and 750 in the 9mm and subkal. Figure at least half that between the other shooters as they sort of came in and out during the day.

No rate reducer on it. Sounds pretty standard to me. The regular size Uzi is a relatively slow firing FA. I have a few of the buffers that will speed it up, just never have gotten around to playing with them cause I like the rate.

Thanks for the invite had lots of fun, let me know when your coming back so i can load up on ammo. Thanks David

Got to admit, you had one of the best comments I've heard anyone say when shooting the Uzi with the suppressor and the 158 grainers.

"hey is this thing shooting?"

Loved it.
