I'm sure its some kind of scam to let murder's and rapest back into the streets

:) gotta love our goverment for opaning old cases and wasting more money reviewing such things.

I wonder if he'll file a lawsuit to get some money back. Sucks for him, he's not institutionalized and probably won't be able to function normally in society since he's spent almost his whole adult life among criminals.

So if your best friend kills someone and they arrest you i guess you get to stay in because shouldn't have been "associated with those kinds of people." Nice logic there buddy.

That's why I know who I hang out with and I know there character. But if I hung out with drug dealers and murders and would up in prison becuase one of them then thats my fault. For being around those types of people. Just saying you should know your friends. And stay away from bad people thats all

I read this article in the Southwest Spirit magazine a few months ago. It's really a pretty interesting perspective on how often this can happen, and how messed up the lives are of people who go through that experience.

It's "feature" writing instead of news, so it can be a bit dramatic at times, but a good read nonetheless.

i'm glad nothing happens to you that you can't control. I'm all for knowing who your friends truly are, but knowing bad people isn't a crime. Wrong place, wrong time shouldn't mean this man spent 30 years in prison for something he didn't do.
