I'd really like to quiet down my PLR16 (.223).
It's got a threaded barrel already.

I guess I have three questions that if one of you guys is bored mebbe you could save me hours of searching and googling it.

1. What type of stamp or license do I need?
2. What would a decent one for my PLR go for?
3. Who around here sells them?

Thanks guys!

Get off my lawn.
Is that the little 223 pistol? No cans will be warranteed on that thing. Most are 10.5" and longer for the warrantee.

You don't need a license. You'll have it transferred to you on a form 4. That is a 200 dollar tax and will come in approved with a $200 canceled stamp on it.

Pretty much the best 223 can is the AAC M4-2000. It won't be warranted on your gun though.

Major Malfunction can hook you up if you decide to get a silencer.

I have a shop, open 6 days a week with a good selection of cans. If I don't have it in stock, I can get it.
