This has been talked about on a few sites - I don't know that it means the end for Sabre Defence - Daniel Defense went through a re-org and liquidated a lot of stuff a while back and came out of it even stronger.
The funny thing about Sabre is that they are being accused of a lot of serious crimes (illegal export/import of guns/regulated items) and yet, if Sabre hadn't done some of this, they wouldn't have been able to deliver on some of the .Gov's demands.
Its yet another example of the .Gov coming up with regulations that prohibit them from actually doing things the way they demand they be done.
Its like breaking the rules where you work to get the job done - its just a hair away from either a huge pat on the back or getting fired depending on how things go.
I hope they survive, but I'm glad I own a Thundercat logo'd rifle
