Olive Garden. 
Garlic steak @ Nicoli's in Anadarko is good, but my favorite (I'm originally from SE Oklahoma and have tried all the McAlester/Krebs places) is Bianco's in Lawton.
However - I did love Minnie's in Krebs back in the old days.

McAlesters Italian Festival. 3rd weekend in May. Lots of music,fun, and good food. Loveras and others have booths set up to sell goods. Many descedants of Italian immigrants still live in the area. Not a bad drive on 40 from OKC area or from Tulsa.

Tontitown Grape Festival. 2nd weekend in August. Music,food,and fun. Historic festival celebrating the Italians who immigrated there in the late 1800s. Their decendants still run restaurants there today. On 412 between Siloam Springs and Fayettville/Springdale,Ark.
