I'm thinking about starting to work when I'm not on a rig which varies all the time so it is hard to find a business that accommodates that type of schedule, you guys have any ideas? I am fairly mechanically inclined with cars and around the house, have a safety degree with business minor and 4 years general safety experience, have a lot of retail experience (sales and convenience stores) and have general ranch experience, i.e. feeding, moving, and trailering cattle, moving round bales and throwing squares, building/mending fences, etc...

My wife has some family that opened a window cleaning business together. They are firefighters and works 48 hours shifts however often and dowindow cleaning on the side. They have a solid client list and are fully booked and could get more clients if they had the time.

Bite the bullet and go back to school in your off time. Nursing. Engineering. Something with perennial demand. You live in Norman. OU has a flexible adult education program. Consider it an investment in your future.
