Something to do with the bank that hold the money, does the transactions, or the actual server is in another country. It's legal. Something along those lines

Yeah, I wonder how many player's money in their accounts are going to vanish after this deal. My brother played a lot on fulltilt and had several hundred dollars in there when it went kaput. As the OP said, he's not holding his breath either.

Non players do not understand the effect this has on full time players. A good friend of mine has made a good living the last 5 years playing nothing put online. now what? get a real job? he has a nice 5 year gap in his work history that he will need to explain. Not to mention the amount of money he stands to loose if he cant get the money from his account. Im not saying how much money I had on there but you could buy a nice used truck thats for sure.
