I've been to Flemings a few times and I'm always underwhelmed. I much prefer Mohaganny or, IMO the best steak around, Pappas Brothers. For me the best places in Utica Square are Stone Horse and Polo Grill. For a lower key place that has good meats, try Doe's. I will also second the Brasserie. Tim runs a good business.
Polo Grill is my fav at Utica Square. Try The Brothers Houligan on Cherry Street, comfort food deluxe. I promise they have the beat green beans you have ever eaten.
